LILIYA products included in the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade register

LILIYA has completed extensive work to include its products in the register of Russian industrial goods maintained by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The register now includes 200 items from our range — toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and tissues. The products have been issued an ST-1 certificate of origin confirming their Russian origin. Inclusion in the Minpromtorg register enables our customers to take part in government procurement and to supply LILIYA products to state and public-sector institutions under measures that support domestic manufacturers. The ST-1 certificate is official confirmation that our products are fully manufactured in Russia and meet the requirements for domestically produced goods. Obtaining an ST-1 certificate is something far from every manufacturer manages to achieve — the requirements are very strict. For us, this is therefore not only a status but also confirmation of the maturity and transparency of our processes, from raw materials to the finished product.
